There are new developments coming to the surface to improve how insurers deal with customers of car insurance. There has been a demand recently for further steps to be made by many parties in the motor insurance arena. Raising Standards Quality Mark Scheme found that more work needed to be done in the customer service area.
There has been an insistence that the promises which are made to many car insurance customers are to be made public. There must also be a new set of good practice guides produced which really needs to go much further than the current Quality Mark scheme which is in operation.
The results that come in from this endeavor will be judged independently. There will be a customer experience index created just for this fact. There will also reports on how well a company is succeeding with their promises and these results will be made public.
The old scheme involved car insurance companies adhering to a very small set of specific standards. The scheme will do away with this and will be in a process of continual improvement and change. A much higher quality of service is predicted with motor insurance in the future.
